Digi Power X posted Q2 2026 revenue of $6.6 million; GAAP net loss widened to $14.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA, non-GAAP, swung to a profit of $3.3 million from $0.1 million a year earlier.
AI compute revenue and contract pipeline
The company said first AI compute revenue was $1.1 million of GPU bare-metal rental from about five weeks, and it had invested $30 million in GPUs.
It said it has contracted $1.1 billion of AI data center future revenue; an option could lift total potential contract value to about $2.5 billion.
Digi Power X is targeting a $250 million to $300 million annualized revenue run-rate by Q3 2027, and cash rose to about $150 million as of today.
