Digi Power X Secures Equipment, Phase 1 AI Data Center On Track for December 2026
DGXX•Construction of Digi Power X’s AI data center campus remains on track with Phase 1 scheduled for service in December 2026 and Phase 2 by Q1 2027, with all major long-lead equipment secured. NeoCloudz platform has run uninterrupted NVIDIA B200/B300 GPUs since Q2 2026 delivering first AI revenues, and the company holds $155 million in cash with $95 million deployed to its Alabama site.
1. Campus Buildout Progress
The purpose-built AI data center campus is advancing from site and civil work to vertical construction, with the building shell now erected. Phase 1 remains on schedule for a December 2026 ready-for-service date, while Phase 2 is targeted for completion by the end of Q1 2027.
2. NeoCloudz GPU-as-a-Service Launch
NeoCloudz, the company’s GPU-as-a-Service offering, has been live since Q2 2026 using NVIDIA B200 and B300 GPUs. This platform generated the company’s first AI-related revenues, and plans include opening a Silicon Valley office by August 2026 to support engineering and customer growth.
3. Financial Position and Project Financing
As of July 3, 2026, Digi Power X held $155 million in cash and cash equivalents with $95 million already invested in its Alabama site. The company has no long-term debt and is arranging non-dilutive project-level financing to fund the remaining buildout without compromising its balance sheet.
