Digimarc Q2 FY26 net loss widens to $12.1 million; revenue falls to $7.4 million

Q2 revenue and loss widen
Digimarc posted Q2 revenue of $7.4 million, down 7.8% from a year earlier.
Net loss widened to $12.1 million, or ($0.54) a share, from ($8.2 million), or ($0.38) a share.
Recurring and subscription revenue decline
Annual recurring revenue fell to $11.6 million at June 30 from $15.9 million a year earlier.
Subscription revenue slid to $3.7 million from $4.6 million, reflecting $0.8 million of lower commercial subscription revenue on a contract expiration.
