Diginex named Jacob Friedman as Chief Operating Officer and Sandra Kovacheva as Chief Administrative Officer to drive its unified platform strategy, combining Diginex and its three subsidiaries into a single operating entity.
2. COO to Lead AI-Powered Customer Operations
Since 2021, Friedman built and led customer-facing operations at Plan A, deploying AI infrastructure that resolves over 80% of client inquiries autonomously; he will now integrate customer operations, commercial processes and delivery infrastructure across all four entities.
3. CAO to Consolidate Legal and Governance Functions
Kovacheva, who expanded legal, compliance and corporate governance for Plan A across five European jurisdictions, will harmonize policies and governance frameworks to support Diginex’s public listing requirements and acquisition strategy.
