Diginex appointed Jonothan O'Keefe to its board on October 13, 2026, filling a vacancy and joining two board committees.

1. Board appointment

O'Keefe fills the vacancy created by Tomicah Tillemann-Dick's resignation on September 3, 2026. He also joined the Audit & Risk Committee and the Nomination & Compensation Committee. O'Keefe previously led equity sales trading at BNP Paribas in London from April 2022 through June 2025.
