Diginex FY26 loss widens to USD 31.2 million; revenue rises to USD 3.6 million

Diginex posted a fiscal 2026 loss of USD 31.2 million, widening from a USD 5.2 million loss in fiscal 2025.
Revenue rose to USD 3.6 million from USD 2 million a year earlier, driven by consolidating Matter, Remedy and Plan A.
Operating loss widened to USD 24.9 million from USD 8.3 million, while general and administrative expenses climbed to USD 28.5 million from USD 10.3 million.
Other income swung to a USD 6.3 million loss from a USD 3.5 million gain, reflecting a USD 7 million goodwill impairment tied to Matter.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-IFRS) improved to a USD 13 million loss from a USD 5.2 million loss, while EBITDA (non-IFRS) worsened to a USD 30.5 million loss.
