Diginex names Archana Kotecha interim CEO after Jordanova resigns

CEO Lubomila Jordanova resigned effective Aug. 31, 2026. She also stepped down from the board.
Chief Impact Officer Archana Kotecha was named interim CEO effective Aug. 31, 2026.
Board member Tomicah Tillemann-Dick resigned effective Sept. 3, 2026. He exited the audit & risk committee.
His resignation also ended his role on the nomination & compensation committee.
Graham Bridges was appointed chief technology officer effective Aug. 31, 2026.
COO Jacob S. Friedman will leave Sept. 30, 2026.
