Digital Asset Acquisition postponed its extraordinary shareholder meeting on the Old Glory Bank business combination to Aug. 14, 2026 from July 31.

The meeting is set for 10:00 a.m. ET in New York, with a virtual webcast option.

The redemption deadline for Class A shares tied to the transaction passed on July 29, 2026.

Voting eligibility remains based on the July 7, 2026 record date.
