Digital Turbine announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote on electing seven directors, an advisory vote on executive pay, and the preferred frequency for future say-on-pay votes.

The meeting will also cover ratification of Grant Thornton as independent auditor for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.

Another proposal seeks to amend the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, including a 10,630,000-share increase in authorized shares.

The plan amendment also adds a minimum vesting requirement for awards, plus an annual cap on non-employee director awards.

Digital Turbine will hold its annual stockholders meeting in Austin, Texas on Aug. 25, 2026.
