Dingdong names Le Yu independent director after Ed Chan resignation
DDL•Dingdong named Le Yu an independent director effective Oct. 1, succeeding Ed Chan, who resigned effective Sept. 30 for personal reasons.

Le Yu was named an independent director of Dingdong effective Oct. 1, succeeding Ed Chan Yiu Cheong, who resigned from the board effective Sept. 30 for personal reasons. Yu previously served at Dingdong as chief strategy officer, vice president, general counsel and director through September 2023.
