Diodes forecasts Q3 revenue about $510 million, non-GAAP EPS $1.05 (+/- $0.10)

For the second quarter of 2026, Diodes reported revenue of $445.5 million, up 22% year over year and 10% sequentially.

Gross margin in the quarter was 33.1%, and non-GAAP adjusted EPS was $0.7.

Diodes forecasts third-quarter 2026 revenue of about $510 million ±3%, implying 30% year-over-year growth.

The company said gross margin is expected to be 35% ±1%.

Non-GAAP adjusted earnings per share are expected at $1.05 ± $0.10.
