Private placement of convertible senior notes
Diodes launched a private placement of USD 325 million Convertible Senior Notes due 2031, marketed to qualified institutional buyers.
Initial purchasers receive a 13-day option to buy up to an additional USD 50 million, lifting potential proceeds to USD 375 million.
The notes mature Aug. 15, 2031, unless earlier repurchased, redeemed, or converted. Interest rate and conversion terms will be set at pricing.
