DirectBooking Technology Co Ltd ZDAI.O said it has terminated the securities purchase agreement for a 49% stake in China Wangmao Liquor, according to an SEC filing.
China Wangmao will compensate the company by paying 5.25% annual interest on the $12.7 million purchase price, the filing said.
