Disc Medicine will present portfolio data at the American Society of Hematology annual meeting in New Orleans, December 12-15, 2026. Clinical updates will include Phase 2 results for selcodebart in myelofibrosis-related anemia and DISC-3405 in polycythemia vera, as well as initial Phase 1b results for DISC-3405 in sickle cell disease. Preclinical findings for bitopertin showed reduced chronic inflammation and improved red blood cell health in a mouse model of erythropoietic protoporphyria. Published clinical abstracts contain previously presented data; new results and analyses are reserved for the conference.
