Disney names Cathleen Taff president of Disney Entertainment-Studios and Consumer Products

Cathleen Taff was named president of Disney Entertainment–Studios and Consumer Products. She previously led production services, franchise management, theatrical distribution, stage productions and music.
Lisa Baldzicki took the new role of EVP, Global Experience & Innovation at Disney Experiences. She is a global retail and merchandising executive and previously served as SVP, Parks Product Development & Retail, setting product and retail strategy across U.S. parks and Disney Signature Experiences.
Disney reorganizes consumer products under Disney Entertainment
Disney shifted most Disney Consumer Products into Disney Entertainment, effective Oct. 4, 2026. Parks merchandise and Disney Store remained in Experiences.
