Distribution Solutions Group agrees to buy Winzer, FastServ Supply owner GradeEight Holdings
DSGR•Distribution Solutions Group agreed to buy GradeEight Holdings, which owns Winzer and FastServ Supply, generating about $110 million in annual sales. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026 and lift DSG’s adjusted EBITDA margin.
