Distribution Solutions Group names Shawn O'Neal chief transformation officer

Distribution Solutions Group appointed Shawn O'Neal to the newly created chief transformation officer role, reporting to Chairman and CEO J. Bryan King.

1. New leadership role

O'Neal most recently served as Gain Theory's global chief business operations officer, overseeing business operations and AI-enabled transformation. He has more than 25 years of leadership experience, including 13 years at Unilever, where he became global vice president of data analytics.
