Revenue fell 4.5% to USD 365.39 million, while property net operating income rose 20.4% to USD 84.44 million.
Segment performance
SHOP NOI climbed 46.1% to USD 53.5 million. Medical Office and Life Science Portfolio NOI slipped 10.5% to USD 23.71 million.

Management cited positive trends in SHOP rates, margins and occupancy, while noting ongoing labor, insurance and food cost pressures expected to moderate.
Moody’s upgraded the issuer credit rating to B3 from Caa1 in April. The company ended June with USD 116.79 million cash and no revolver borrowings.
