DLH Holdings ex-CEO Zachary Parker resigns effective June 30

CEO resignation and transition terms

DLH reported the resignation of President and CEO Zachary C. Parker, effective June 30, 2026.
Parker will remain on the board as a non-employee director through the rest of his current term.
An advisory arrangement runs July 1, 2026 through Sept. 30, 2026 to support the leadership transition.
A separate consulting role starts Oct. 1, 2026 with an initial term through Sept. 30, 2027.
