DocGo slips on tepid quarterly results, narrower annual outlook

Shares of mobile healthcare provider DocGo (DCGO.O) fell more than 12% to 62 cents in premarket trading after the company posted second-quarter revenue of $73.4 million, compared with estimates of $75.4 million.
The company also narrowed its full-year 2026 revenue forecast to $305 million-$310 million, excluding the Hicuity Health acquisition. In May, DCGO had raised its 2026 revenue outlook despite a first-quarter revenue decline.
