1. Docusign Integrates Intelligent Agreement Workflows into Slackbot

DocuSign’s new integration embeds its Intelligent Agreement Management platform directly into Slackbot, allowing teams to generate and send contracts within Slack using real-time Salesforce CRM data. The integration also automates renewal reminders, surfaces recommended actions to prevent missed deadlines and enables legal, sales, procurement and finance teams to review, approve and retrieve prior contracts—all without leaving Slack.

2. BofA Reinstates Coverage with Underperform Rating

BofA Securities reinstated coverage of DocuSign with an Underperform rating and a $52 price target, highlighting that eSignature revenue growth has plateaued in the high single-digit range over the past ten quarters.
