DocuSign, Salesforce expand partnership to embed IAM platform across Salesforce, Agentforce, Slack
DOCU•DocuSign expanded its partnership with Salesforce to embed its Intelligent Agreement Management platform across Salesforce, Agentforce and Slack, targeting agreement workflows for revenue teams.
1. Expanded integration
The companies said the integration will support agreement workflows within Salesforce tools, including contract creation, negotiation, execution and analytics. The collaboration aims to accelerate deal cycles, surface renewal intelligence and flag contractual risks in agreement data.
