Dodge 2027 Charger Delivers 420-670hp and Durango Lineup Tops 710hp
STLA•The 2027 Dodge Charger lineup features AWD twin-turbo SIXPACK engines delivering 420hp in R/T, 550hp in Scat Pack and 670hp in electric-option Daytona plus 25+ factory customization choices. The 2027 Dodge Durango lineup offers 360hp GT HEMI, 475hp R/T 392 and 710hp Hellcat models with new personalization packages.
1. Charger Performance and Powertrain
The 2027 Charger lineup centers on the twin-turbo 3.0L Hurricane SIXPACK engine in two tunes—420hp/468 lb-ft in the R/T and 550hp/531 lb-ft in the Scat Pack—both with standard AWD, on-demand RWD mode, Line Lock and Launch Control. The Dodge Charger Daytona Scat Pack adds a 670hp electric option, 0-60 mph in 3.3 seconds and a native NACS charging port for direct Tesla Supercharger access.
2. Durango V-8 Lineup and Power
The 2027 Durango series introduces three HEMI V-8 variants: the 360hp GT HEMI as the most affordable AWD V-8 SUV, the 475hp R/T 392 offering class-leading horsepower per dollar, and the 710hp supercharged SRT Hellcat delivering a 0-60 mph in 3.5 seconds and NHRA-certified 11.5-second quarter-mile time. All models feature standard all-wheel drive, improved towing capacity and performance-tuned suspensions.
3. Factory Customization and Availability
Dodge expands factory-backed personalization with over 25 new options on Charger—new Petrol Blue and Demonic Red seats, satin-black hoods and Brembo calipers—and more than 14 million combinations on Durango, including Brass Monkey wheels, red seat belts and digital security enhancements. Orders are open now, with Charger arriving in Q3 2026 and Durango models expected in fall 2026.
