DCI•Donaldson reported fiscal 2026 net earnings of $453.8 million, up 23.7%, and net sales of $3.89 billion, up 5.3%. Diluted EPS rose to $3.85.
1. Fiscal 2026 results
Operating income increased 21.1% to $599.9 million, while gross margin slipped 0.2 percentage points to 34.6% and interest expense rose 48.8% to $36 million. Mobile Solutions sales rose 5.6% to $2.42 billion, Industrial Solutions sales increased 2.6% to $1.13 billion, and Life Sciences sales jumped 12.8% to $333.2 million.
