DoorDash completed a reincorporation from Delaware to Nevada, effective Sept. 18, 2026 at 12:02 a.m. PT.
Operations stayed unchanged, including business, management, assets, liabilities, offices, workforce, material contracts, and Nasdaq listing under “DASH”.
All Class A and Class B shares converted one-for-one into Nevada common stock, with no certificate exchange required.
Outstanding warrants, options, RSUs, and other equity awards carried over on the same terms into Nevada equity.
New indemnification agreements will cover directors and executive officers as part of the reorganization.
