1. Q4 2025 Revenue Growth

DoubleDown Interactive delivered Q4 revenue of $95.8 million, a 16.8% increase from $82.0 million in Q4 2024, boosted by the first full quarter of WHOW Games contributions and a 9.3% rise in social casino game revenue.

2. Impairment Lowers Net Profit

Net profit for the quarter was $24.1 million, or $0.49 per ADS, down from $35.7 million a year earlier, reflecting a non-cash impairment of SuprNation goodwill. Adjusted EBITDA increased to $40.6 million with a margin of 42.4%.

3. DTC and iGaming Segment Expansion

Direct-to-consumer revenue climbed to $26.0 million, representing 33% of total social casino game revenue versus 13% in Q4 2024. SuprNation iGaming revenue surged 78.2% to $16.1 million, driven by intensified new player acquisition.

4. Strong Balance Sheet Position

Operating cash flow reached $42.6 million in the quarter, and the company closed Q4 with approximately $455 million in net cash. This robust liquidity underpins strategies for organic growth and potential M&A to diversify revenue sources.
