Douglas Elliman expands Elliman Capital mortgage platform to Texas

Douglas Elliman Inc. expanded Elliman Capital, its in-house mortgage platform, into Texas.

Buildout centers on three loan officers serving Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Austin to support agents across the state.

Offering includes conventional mortgages, jumbo loans, construction financing, commercial lending, bridge loans, FHA and VA.

The move extends a platform launched in Florida, later expanded into New York and California.

The expansion targets faster loan execution, more visibility for agents and more tailored financing for clients in a high-growth market.
