- Gross transaction value rises 5.9% to $10.8 billion.
- Adjusted EBITDA loss (non-GAAP) narrows to $1 million from $3.6 million.
Balance sheet and business updates
The company ends June 30 with $105.2 million in cash and no long-term debt. Its development marketing pipeline totals $26.1 billion.
Douglas Elliman also launches an AI transformation using Google Cloud, including a new intelligence unit called Elius, and expands in France to 15 offices with a Paris opening.
