Douglas Elliman to Attend MIPIM March 9–13, Highlights 14 French Offices
Douglas Elliman will attend MIPIM Global Urban Festival in Cannes March 9–13, 2026, to explore strategic partnerships at its first dedicated lounge. Since June 2025 it opened 14 offices across France with one in Cannes after its October alliance with Monaco luxury real estate veterans.
1. First MIPIM Appearance and Objectives
Douglas Elliman will make its debut at MIPIM Global Urban Festival in Cannes from March 9–13, 2026. The firm will host a dedicated lounge to meet potential partners and explore strategic collaborations, supporting its international growth strategy.
2. Expansion in France and Monaco Alliance
Since launching its European initiative in June 2025, Douglas Elliman has established 14 offices across France, including Cannes. In October it formed an alliance with luxury real estate veterans in Monaco and is evaluating further expansion into key European markets.
