Dover’s Q2 GAAP earnings from continuing operations rose 12% to USD 313 million as revenue increased 7% to USD 2.19 billion.
GAAP diluted EPS from continuing operations climbed 14% to USD 2.31; adjusted diluted EPS rose 12% to USD 2.74.
Organic revenue grew 5%; bookings outpaced shipments, rising double digits and extending recent order momentum.
Management commentary and guidance
Management cited secular-growth markets at about 25% of the portfolio, broad-based demand, and solid margins despite input cost inflation.
Full-year guidance was raised to GAAP EPS of USD 8.94-9.14 and adjusted EPS of USD 10.55-10.75 on revenue growth of 6%-8%.
