Dover unit Almatec adds pre-validated UHP data to FUTUR Series AODD pumps for semiconductor use
DOV•Almatec added pre-validated ultra-high-purity data to its FUTUR Series AODD pumps for semiconductor fluid handling. FUTUR T and FUTUR H pumps now include unit-level testing and documentation, with results meeting or falling below SEMI F57 contaminant thresholds.
1. Pump validation added
Almatec, part of Dover’s PSG unit, introduced pre-validated ultra-high-purity data across its FUTUR Series AODD pumps. The FUTUR T and FUTUR H models ship with unit-level testing and documentation; cleaning and leach-out testing is aligned with SEMI F40/F57, and results meet or fall below F57 contaminant thresholds. Dover’s PSG unit expects the validation to shorten customer qualification cycles and accelerate time to production.
