The system supports phased upgrades and capacity additions without replacing the full refrigeration system, and uses natural CO2 refrigerant with a global warming potential of 1 and an ozone depletion potential of 0. Variable-speed compressors match cooling to demand, and the unit is designed to maintain stable performance at ambient temperatures above 100°F.
