Dr. Reddy's publishes TNFD-Aligned Nature Disclosure 2026 report
RDY•Dr. Reddy's publishes TNFD-aligned nature disclosure for FY'26
Dr. Reddy’s issued its first TNFD-aligned nature disclosure for FY’26, covering 26 manufacturing and R&D sites in India, the US, UK, and Mexico.
- Freshwater availability was flagged as the top nature-related risk across all operations, driven by high dependence in high to extremely high water-stress areas.
- Flooding, erosion, and landslides were highlighted as location-specific physical risks, with exposure concentrated at Mirfield, Baddi, Bangalore, and Mexico.
- Scenario analysis pointed to potential cost spikes, disruption risk, tighter permits, and higher water tariffs under severe ecosystem degradation and low regulatory alignment.
- The water program reported 103,181 KL conserved, an 11% improvement in water intensity, 90,249 KL of rainwater used, and 56% reuse and recycled water consumption.
