Draganfly priced a registered direct offering of 1,869,159 common shares at US$5.35 per share, for gross proceeds of US$10 million. Unusual Machines invested US$5 million, and a leading U.S. investment fund invested US$5 million. Net proceeds are earmarked for advanced capability development and working capital to meet rising U.S. defense demand. Closing is expected on or about Sept. 29, 2026, subject to customary conditions, including CSE approval and Nasdaq notification.
