Draganfly closed a registered direct offering of 1,869,159 common shares at US$5.35 each, generating about US$10 million in gross proceeds before discounts and expenses.

Draganfly said net proceeds will support advanced strategic capability development and working capital to meet product demand. Jett Capital Advisors and Northland Capital Markets served as joint-lead placement agents.
