Draganfly prices US$10 million registered direct share sale at US$5.35 each
DPRO•Draganfly launched a best-efforts placement of 1,869,159 common shares at US$5.35 each, implying gross proceeds of about US$10 million before fees and expenses.
1. Placement terms
Jett Capital Advisors is leading the placement, with Northland Securities also acting as a placement agent. The agents will receive a 6% cash fee and warrants covering 6% of placed shares at 125% of the offering price. Draganfly agreed to a 60-day ban on new share issuance, subject to specified exceptions.
