Dragonfly Energy posted Q2 2026 net sales of USD 13.2 million, down 19% year over year, with OEM net sales of USD 8.4 million.
Net loss attributable to common shareholders narrowed to USD 5.5 million, or USD 0.43 per share.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA improved to a loss of USD 1.6 million, a USD 3 million sequential gain driven by cost cuts; gross margin rose 4.7 percentage points to 33%.
Acquisition and guidance
The company acquired Dakota Lithium assets; Dakota is expected to add meaningful net sales and become accretive to adjusted EBITDA starting in Q4.
For Q3, Dragonfly Energy guided net sales of about USD 13.5 million and a non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA loss of about USD 2.4 million as trucking revenue is expected to more than double sequentially.
