Drilling Tools International reaffirmed its 2026 outlook for revenue of $155 million-$170 million, implying growth at the midpoint.
The company also forecast adjusted free cash flow of $17 million-$22 million, with an adjusted free cash flow margin outlook of 11%-13%.
The guidance follows Q2 2026 revenue of $38.1 million and adjusted EBITDA of $8.4 million despite a lower rig-count environment.
Eastern Hemisphere contribution reached about 18% of Q2 2026 revenue, up from less than 1% before the post-IPO expansion.
