Dror Ortho-Design announces special shareholder meeting

Dror Ortho-Design will hold a virtual special shareholder meeting on Sept. 23, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on a charter amendment authorizing a reverse stock split at a ratio set by the board. The proposal allows a split ratio range of 1-for-2 to 1-for-2,000 for outstanding common shares.

Shareholders will also vote on allowing an adjournment to seek additional support for the reverse stock split proposal.
