DT Cloud Star Acquisition announces shareholder meeting

DT Cloud Star Acquisition said it will hold its annual general meeting in Hong Kong on Oct. 2, 2026.

Shareholders will vote on electing five directors and ratifying Elite CPA as auditor for fiscal 2026.

Votes will also cover extending the deadline to complete a business combination to Oct. 26, 2027. The trust account liquidation deadline could be extended monthly through Oct. 26, 2027 through deposits of $0.033 per remaining public share.

The meeting may be adjourned to solicit additional votes if needed to pass the proposals.
