1. Shareholders approve extensions
At its Oct. 1, 2026, annual meeting, DT Cloud Star Acquisition shareholders approved a trust agreement amendment allowing up to 12 one-month extensions through Oct. 26, 2027, via $0.033-per-share deposits. They also adopted the company’s fourth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association and ratified Elite CPA P.C. as auditor for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026.
