Duke Energy seeks NYSE listing for $1.75 billion equity units
DUK•NYSE listing planned for new equity units
Duke Energy plans to list its new Corporate Units on the NYSE as part of a 35 million Equity Units offering.
Trading is expected to begin within 30 days of initial issuance, subject to listing approval.
The offering is expected to close on Aug. 13.
