The $42.9 million consideration will be paid in equal monthly installments over 60 months, and the transaction removes about $98.1 million of prospective GPU equipment financing tied to the business.
2. Customer service and strategy
Customer service in Columbus, Georgia, will continue under a revised five-year agreement, and Duos will lease GPU capacity from Axe Compute. Duos plans to use proceeds and freed balance-sheet capacity to shift toward an AI colocation landlord model and fund new 10-30 MW modular sites.
