The agreements are valued at more than USD 500 million in base payments over five years, excluding electricity and other usage-based charges.
Revenue recognition and project timing depend on testing and acceptance
Revenue recognition depends on completion of ready-for-service testing, followed by Axe Compute’s written acceptance for each deployment.
Initial readiness is targeted for late 2026, extending into early 2027, subject to construction, commissioning, performance testing and acceptance.
