- DuPont, Chemours and Corteva reach agreement to resolve PFAS-related claims in North Carolina.
- Settlement payments to total $455 million over 15 years beginning within 30 days.
- DuPont's pre-tax present value share is $126 million, with 44% reimbursed by Qnity Electronics.
