DXC expands Assure Platform as insurance adoption tops 275 customers
DXC•DXC Technology expanded its Assure Platform with new investments and tools, as adoption exceeded 275 customers and the platform completed 750,000 automated transactions.
1. Platform expansion
DXC Technology rolled out new investments to expand its Assure Platform, aiming to speed insurance modernization with governed AI adoption. Its new Assure Configuration Manager uses low-code deployment to reduce complexity in configuring and rolling out Assure Architecture components.
2. Insurance workflows
An expansion of Assure Smart Apps lifted platform adoption to more than 275 customers, with 750,000 automated transactions completed. DXC is also building out its London Market offering to target stronger connectivity, visibility and operational control, and plans to combine Assure Platform capabilities with LMCP tools. Workflow Assistant is being applied to modernize selected London Market workflows while maintaining operational resilience and continuity.
