DXC entered a partnership with LangChain to expand controlled AI agents in mission-critical enterprise IT operations. OASIS, built on LangChain’s LangGraph, is being rolled out across 125 customer environments in regulated industries. Across 500 evaluated use cases, OASIS cut average resolution time 95% with diagnostic accuracy of at least 92%. LangSmith will support agent development, evaluation, monitoring, governance controls, audit trails and human approvals for sensitive actions.
