DXC partnered with LangChain to deploy governed agentic AI for mission-critical enterprise IT operations. DXC OASIS uses LangChain’s open-source LangGraph runtime, and DXC is licensing LangSmith for agent development, evaluation and observability. OASIS is scaling toward 125 customer environments across regulated industries, with deployments available in public, private, dedicated and sovereign setups.

Across 500 measured use cases, OASIS cut resolution time by 95% on average, and diagnostic accuracy reached 92% or better. Its governance framework limits agent authority, can require human approval for higher-risk actions, and traces decisions, tool calls and outcomes.
