DXC unveils insurance platform upgrades at Connect Insurance Executive Forum in London
DXC•DXC outlined investments to accelerate insurer modernization and AI adoption, including Assure Platform upgrades. It said adoption topped 275 customers, while Smart Apps handled more than 750,000 automated transactions and Life & Wealth BPS deployments covered 11 million policies.
1. Platform upgrades and scale
At its Connect Insurance Executive Forum in London, DXC announced Configuration Manager for the Assure Platform, targeting faster low-code deployment of Assure Architecture components. DXC said Smart Apps had scaled to more than 750,000 automated transactions, over 70 agents and more than 2 million pages extracted; its Life & Wealth BPS deployments covered 11 million policies, $11 billion in annual payments and 300,000 claims a year.
