DXP Enterprises completes acquisition of Mequipco Ltd

DXP Enterprises completed the acquisition of Mequipco, a Calgary-based manufacturer representative for mechanical equipment used in water and wastewater systems.

Definitive agreement signed on Aug. 1, 2026; consideration included cash from the balance sheet and shares of DXP common stock.

Mequipco operates from three locations serving Western Canada.

For the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, Mequipco generated about CAD 9.9 million in sales and CAD 2.4 million in pro-forma adjusted EBITDA.

The transaction positions DXP Water to scale its platform in Canada, using Mequipco as an anchor for expansion across North America.
